B2B NetworkingThe Halifax Business Referral Network was set up to develop a forum for members to establish long-term business relationships in a positive, supportive environment.

HBRN provides an opportunity for members to gain knowledge of a myriad of professions, and in turn creates strong networking skills that will lead to reliable business referrals.

Word of mouth advertising has proven to be one of the most effective methods of promoting a business. HBRN members, via referrals, provide the "word of mouth" advertising. Referrals help our businesses grow.

Long-term commitment to the group and its members leads to the ability to provide credible referrals to clients, associates and friends. The goal of the group is to help members build and grow business profits and opportunities.

We were so hell-bent on being "cool" that we forgot one very important thing. The people from the companies we had submitted job applications to would hear the said messages when they called. ...more
